
I recently needed to replace my batteries for my Canon s500 digicam. Having had success in the past on eBay doing this, I again jumped in. Locating this item:

I bid and won it.
The package arrived 10 days later and appeared to be new batteries; however, after attempting to charge them with the original Canon charger I discovered that they would not hold a charge. Each battery would only provide 5 minutes of use time on the camera. I then attempted contact the merchant to remedy the situation. As you can see below, they were not responsive, and I am out of pocket for $10. Yes, a relatively small amount, but $10 more than I would have wanted to waste on an inferior product.
Let this serve to any others who consider this merchant that the products and service of this merchant are poor.

I am not your friend, I am your customer.
I have attached a photo of my camera, charger, original battery, your batteries, and your envelop to me.
I will be satisfied if and when you provide me the new batteries I was promised at NO additional expense to me. I will not pay for additional postage or service fees.
Please provide the procedure for this to be sorted out and live up to your end of the deal and I will leave positive feedback. I expect this to be resolved today.
